
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1-Eligibility for Returns : Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items : For hygiene reasons, certain products
(e.g., earphones/ airpods ) cannot be returned unless defective.
4. Refund Process :Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Exchanges: Exchanges are available for the same product or another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
6. Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before shipment only. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
